The attention to detail at Senses Riviera Maya was impeccable - from the spacious room with a spectacular ocean view to the attentive housekeeping staff who ensured our stay was always comfortable and pristine. the private plunge pool and expansive outdoor deck added a touch of luxury to our experience, perfect for unwinding after days filled with exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. the staff at the restaurant and pool bar went above and beyond to cater to our needs, always with a smile and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Hernan and Habib, who were true gems in making our experience memorable with their personalized recommendations and attention to detail. Overall, Senses Riviera Maya exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and top-notch service. This adults-only gem is a true sanctuary for those seeking a serene and rejuvenating retreat, and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking to indulge in a slice of paradise on the Riviera Maya.
